Whether your interior design needs are large scale, small scale, one project or mulitple phases over time you will receive the same level of commitment from us.
We know you have a lot of other things to focus on in your life. You want to move through any changes to your home as quickly and as painlessly as possible.
Design Matters Home uses a four step approach to all our interior design projects that provides you with a constant foundation through all the changes and coordination points occurring with your project from start to finish. We are there for, and with you!
Evaluation
A free in-person meeting with you to understand your design matters, your budget, and what is important to you in the design process.
Design
We go shopping for you, or with you to further refine ideas discovered in the evaluation phase. We also do all measurements, sizing, specifications (e.g. paint), and space planning. Depending on the size and type of project we may start coordination with partner companies to help us with things like architecture, general contracting, home entertainment systems, and home networks.
We blend all these components into design concepts and schemes that we propose to you. We also include options on desired components along with an estimated project timeline. If any adjustments are necessary we make them during this phase so we can start ordering materials and coordinating partners for the installation.
Project Management
Throughout the duration of the project we manage all the scheduling, ordering, delivery, and coordination with partners and other vendors to keep within the timeline and budget.
Installation
When it is time to install, we make sure all work is completed as specified for the project.
