Vacant Homes
Potential buyers have a much harder time visualizing themselves living in a home when it is vacant. Let us work with you through our four step approach to vacant home staging using our full inventory of furniture, art, accessories, window treatments, and more to bring out the best of your property for sale.
Owner Occupied Homes
For owner occupied homes we provide two hour mini-stage sessions. We will go room by room through your house with you to re-arrange, de-clutter, de-personalize, and re-accessorize using your existing furnishings. This will make rooms look larger, more crisp and clean, and more appealing to potential buyers. We can either make changes on the spot or just make suggestions depending on your preference.
