Owner Occupied Homes
For homes on the market where the owners continue to live in the house we provide two hour mini-stage sessions. We will go room by room through your house with you to re-arrange, de-clutter, de-personalize, and re-accessorize using your existing furnishings. This will make rooms look larger, more crisp and clean, and more appealing to potential buyers. We can either make changes on the spot or just make suggestions depending on your preference.
Vacant or Owner Occupied Homes needing supplemental furniture/furnishings
Sometimes only a few pieces are needed to fill gaps or add updated styles to the furniture and furnishings in a house to make it look complete and current. We can supplement owner's furniture and furnishings with appropriate pieces from our inventory to achieve this goal.
