The article "For Makovers that Sell, Go for hte Heart" by Paul Rogers of CTW Features has some great information on things you can do to improve the sale of your home.  The basis of the article is around the book by Sid Davis about getting emotional buyers for your home.  Here are some of the key points that relate to home staging.
